Hi! We are the small and mighty team behind Anxiety Canada.

We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those affected by anxiety. With a shared commitment to our mission, we are thrilled to spearhead this fundraising campaign. Each of us brings unique skills and experiences to the table, united by a common goal: to support Anxiety Canada in providing essential resources and programs. Together, we aim to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and empower individuals to manage their anxiety and lead fulfilling lives. Your support is crucial in helping us achieve this vision, and we are deeply grateful for your generosity!

This year, our team has committed to the ACT on Anxiety challenge! Read our challenges below:

Judith Law: I'll be taking 15 minutes every day to meditate. What I'll call "mindful minutes".

Lisa Nguyen: I'd like to commit to starting each day with a walk outside (rain or shine) and incorporating prayer and/or reflection upon scripture passages during the walk.

Kathleen Murdock: I'm going to run 5 days a week!

Rebecca Naidoo: Come rain or shine, I'm going to walk for a minimum of 1 hour a day.

Melissa Woolfson: I commit to starting each day by listing 5 things I am grateful for!

Maxine Giannelli: I'm going to challenge myself to a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise per day.

Pargol Leseuer: I commit to daily walks in nature
