From the young age of 11, I struggled with the constant sensation similar to going down a roller coaster. I thought it was something that everyone constantly experienced. It prevented me from going to school, from meeting new people, and, eventually, from earning a living. I thought achieving my lifelong goal of becoming a physiotherapist would solve a lot of those issues, but it didn't. Once I graduated from my Masters and earned my licence, the roller coaster became steeper...I felt even weaker and more confused. I finally sought help for these issues and learned that I was experiencing anxiety. Since seeking help and pursuing a career as a sports artist, I am happier and much more confident. The tools and resources I used (and currently use) are the same ones highlighted by Anxiety Canada. I cannot imagine navigating this social media driven world, particularly as a youth without support. Spreading awareness and getting these resources into the hands of anxious individuals is imperative. Your support is greatly appreciated! >>> NOTE: PLEASE USE THE PURPLE BUTTON TO DONATE TO MY CAMPAIGN. Thank you!
