Our daughter was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder in 2019. We are so very grateful that we had access to exceptional care and were able to help her navigate the system and the stigmas around anxiety related illnesses. Unfortunately, so many others fall through the cracks. I wholeheartedly support Anxiety Canada's mission to raise awareness about anxiety related disorders and help people get timely access to free evidence-based resources. I hope you will too!
